Terms of Use

This is an English translation of the Turkish original. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.

By downloading or using the games developed by Negro Blanco Software (the "App"), you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

Your account

• Your account is personal; it may not be sold, rented or transferred.
• A guest account is tied to your device session: if you sign out or delete the app, the guest account can't be recovered. To keep it, link your account to email or Google.
• Your username may not contain insults, impersonation or anything misleading; inappropriate names may be changed or the account suspended.

Fair play

Scoring, rewards and game progress are calculated on the server. The following are prohibited and may lead to permanent account closure:

• Cheating, automation (bots), tampering with game traffic or exploiting bugs.
• Using multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or rewards.
• Insulting, harassing or sending unwanted content to other players.

Community rules and reporting

The following are prohibited in messages, usernames and profile images:

• Insults, threats, harassment, hate speech or discrimination.
• Sexual content, violent or illegal material.
• Spam, advertising, fraud and phishing attempts.

To report a message, press and hold it in the chat → Report; to report a player, tap their name and use Report in the window that opens. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks the rules is removed and the account may be warned, suspended or permanently closed. You can block any player; blocked players can't send you messages (Settings → Privacy → Blocked Players).

Virtual currency and rewards

Gold, gems, energy, jokers and cosmetics are virtual items with no real-money value; they can't be taken out of the game, transferred to other players or exchanged for money. Amounts, prices and earning rates may change for game balance. When an account is deleted, its virtual items are deleted too and are not refunded.

Purchases

In-app purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play under that store's terms. Refund requests also go through the store (see Support). For downloads on Apple devices, Apple's standard end user license agreement (EULA) also applies.

Service availability

We work to keep the App available without interruption, but the service may stop temporarily because of maintenance, updates or technical faults. Features (modes, events, the question pool) may be added, changed or removed without prior notice.

Intellectual property

The App's design, graphics, sound and music, and question content belong to or are licensed by Negro Blanco Software and may not be copied or distributed without permission. The open-source libraries used are listed in the app under About → Open Source Licenses.

Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App (loss of data, loss of profit, etc.). This clause does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

Changes

These terms may be updated; important changes are announced inside the app. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new terms.
