This is an English translation of the Turkish original. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
This policy explains which data is processed when you use the mobile games developed by Negro Blanco Software (the "App"), why it is processed, and your rights over that data.

Data we collect
- Account information: your email address (if you signed up with email) or your Google account identifier (if you signed in with Google). If you play as a guest, no contact information is collected; your account is kept under a random identifier.
- Profile and game data: your username, chosen avatar, level/XP, trophies, in-game currency balances, match history, and quest and achievement progress.
- Social data: your friends list, friend requests, players you have blocked, and the messages you write to your friends.
- Feedback: the text you send from inside the app, the time it was sent, and technical context only (platform, app version, operating system version). No email, location or device model is attached.
- Usage measurement: which steps you reach in your first session (for example, whether you finished the introduction or started your first match). The goal is to improve the first experience; this is not sent to any advertising analytics service.
- Online status: while the app is open, your current status is shared so your friends can see you online or in a match. If you turn off the "Last Seen" setting, it is not shared.
- Report records: when you report a player or a message, the reason, the reported player's name and (for message reports) the message text. These are used only to review rule violations; the reported person is never told who reported them.
Data that stays on your device
Your sound, music, vibration, animation and notification preferences and your language choice are stored only on your own device. Energy and daily reward reminders are scheduled locally by your device's notification system; no data leaves your device for them.
How we use data
- To run the game: matchmaking, scoring, rankings, friends and messaging.
- To prevent cheating and abuse.
- To improve the game by reviewing your feedback.
Your data is not sold to third parties and is not shared for marketing purposes.
Service providers
Providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase for the database and authentication, and Expo for the app's development and distribution infrastructure. These providers process data only to deliver the service. Access to data is limited by row-level security rules; for example, only you can see your wallet balance.
What other players see
Your username, avatar, level and trophy count are visible to other players in rankings, lobbies and match screens. You can turn off the "Public Profile" setting to show your detailed statistics only to your friends.
Ads and purchases
The current version of the App has no real-money purchases and no third-party ad network. When ads (for example Google AdMob) and in-app purchases (for example RevenueCat) are added, this policy will be updated and the data processed by those providers will be listed here. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; your card details never reach us.
Website forms
The two forms on negroblan.co process the following:
- Get notified at launch: your email address, the page language and the sign-up date. It is used only to tell you when the game is released and is deleted after that announcement. You can leave the list at any time by writing to support@negroblan.co.
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. It is used only to reply to you; the message is forwarded to our inbox and a backup is kept for at most 90 days.
Form data is stored and transmitted on the Cloudflare infrastructure that hosts this site. To prevent abuse we keep only a short-lived hash of your IP address for a few minutes, never the address itself. This site does not use cookies.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you can't access the app, you can use the email option on the account deletion page.
Your rights
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, and to ask for your data to be corrected or deleted. Our grounds for processing are: providing the game (performance of a contract), preventing cheating and abuse (legitimate interest), and legal obligations. Send your requests to support@negroblan.co.
Children's privacy
The App is a trivia game for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Guest mode lets anyone play without giving any contact information.
Changes
When this policy changes, the current version is published on this page and the date above is updated.
